I first met Jeanne during a free consult (one of the benefits from my employer). She listened well, quickly understood the situation (prospective divorce), and offered excellent/practical advice. She could have taken advantage of the situation and recommended counsel; instead, she offered to review paperwork if I decided to self-file. A year later, I phoned to see if her offer was still valid, it was. I have the utmost respect for her integrity and generosity of spirit. Connor, her colleague, is warm, friendly, and always helpful.
