Find another attorney. Paid to sue. Went to mediation (Mediator charged for time he spent chitchatting with Bonello!) and I paid for that as well. Got judgement for 18k. Bonello forgot to enter judgement so when defendant - - also a realtor - - sold his house, the judgement never got paid.... Then gives my file to someone in his office who NEVER called me and basically took no action for years.
John Bonello is currently representing an apartment complex against me which ,through property ownership records ,I found out he also partly owns. Major conflict of interest and ethics violation. Illegally charging me for legal fees. Doesn't return any of my inquiries regarding the violations the complex he owns & “represents" committed against me.
Attorney put me on hold ."somebody just came in" brush-off ... I'd beware of this 🤡 $hoW..
