I am truly grateful for everything they’ve done for me. However, I had a frustrating experience a couple of weeks ago that I feel needs to be addressed. I tried calling the office several times and no one answered. Since I was already in the neighborhood, I decided to stop by to request a referral I needed. I understand there is a large “appointment only” sign, and I apologize if coming in without an appointment was a mistake on my part.
