I called and they said they were able to help me, and my case was what they're able to handle. The rep over the phone said to email them with details about my situation- instead I got a lengthy email about not taking so many cases. They could have told me that over the phone instead of wasting my time getting my hopes in taking my case. Not professional, I do NOT recommend. Do not waste your time.
