We chose this law firm because I personally trusted and followed the attorney for a long time and believed she was a dedicated and reliable professional. Unfortunately, our experience has been very disappointing, not due to the attorney directly, but because of how the staff handled our case. From the beginning, there were problems with our vehicle repairs. Our car was sent to Sterling McCall, where it was taken apart and then moved to another shop. It was returned to us in poor condition and never the same as before. We were repeatedly given timelines that were not met. We were told we would receive an update in December, then that we would receive our first offer by January 19. Each time, we were promised return calls that never happened. Communication has been very poor and inconsistent
