Very unhappy with his handling of my account and payoff from Alabama Credit Union. Paid off thru court and payoff given to me and court was one price. When I got payoff from Tuscaloosa Title the payoff was $6,000.00 plus extra. They said Mark Nelson had charged fees, any fees should already been added to my account thru the court and been in payoff amount. Would not recommend him to anyone . Alabama Credit Union president said he was their attorney, but they did not pay him, go figure. WTX

I came into the office trying too get a copy of a Signed signature document after my Mothers death. I Didn't know what I was signing, nor my other 3 siblings. Now the document is missing from the law firm and not of fill at the courthouse??!!! So what was it that we signed??!!
