Realized I hadn't submitted a review and it's never to late express the gratitude I have for this firm and awesome people. The experience from the first phone call and all communications there after was stellar. The receptionist( Kacie), the elderly young lady was always sweet ( sadly can't remember her name ),Ms Ginny( amazingly caring ), Ms.Candi and Mr. Marshall . *recommended

At first they were easy to work with and quick, but my paralegal won't answer the phone and won't call back. She sent a text with all the texts back to back, so it looked like one instead of 4. So I almost missed some important information. So now I'm stressed about missing any other important documents. I also got another bill from a previous state i lived in, and they want to charge me extra to add them to my case. Yes, I understand. But it's not ok to not tell me up front if anything else comes up we will charge you this or this. Maybe that's just me. Answer the phone or call back. That's unprofessional. This is new territory for me. Don't throw me to the wolves and make me feel all alone in this.

Marshall Law and office staff handled my case very efficiently and took time to make sure I had things in order. I greatly appreciate how patient and kind they were to me. I would highly recommend this group to anyone looking to reset and get a fresh start.
