horrible staff and managed. they set people up to fail. the ladies that work in the office of house arrest are very unprofessional and rude! They should be there to offer more help! want ppl to check in 2 times a week it doesnt just effect them also family as well and that's something they dont care or think about. this place doesn't deserve 1 star in my opinion.
it's Madison County what do you expect the staff is rude and inconsiderate!
Sitting out back right now until 5:05 or 5:10 but they never allow you to go out so it's in a horrible experience here
Horribly managed, way to small of a living environment, and poor food quantity and quality.
