I tried to call regarding an estate seminar that was being presented by John Blevins on July 29th. I had made a reservation to attend; however, I canceled my reservation when I called the number that was given in case I had any questions. I could hardly understand the female who answered the phone. I was shocked when I discovered that I was talking with someone in the PHILIPPINES!! The seminar is scheduled to be held at the library in Muncie, IN. WHY WAS I REFERRED TO SOMEONE IN THE PHILIPPINES TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE SEMINAR?!!! I'm NOT interested in speaking with someone who could barely speak English!

Mr Blevins usually answers his own phone, he's good about returning phone calls, his pricing is fair, he explains things so you can understand it and he genuinely cares. Very personable gentleman.
