Called and scheduled a consultation for deed clarification. Set up an appointment for 4 days later. Mr. Mabry clarified the deed wording for us. Very professional, yet personable, relaxed atmosphere and at no time made us or the deed issue feel "small". Will be using Mr. Mabry for future real estate work.
