I used Fulcher Law Firm for my custody case. They responded in a timely manner and made sure I did not have a lot of stress from the case. They took everything head on and made sure it all worked out in my best interest. They were honest and answered every question I had. I highly recommend them for any and all needs.

Horrible representation. Doesn’t communicate very well and his “sister” Susie (who isn’t really his sister) runs his law firm desk, miscommunicates and the both of them are never on the same page with details. When in court before the judge, he doesn’t represent you, he stays quiet and does NOT prepare you for court. You will walk in blind sided and confused. When you ask or confront him with anything about your case, he is completely unprofessional and rude as if it’s your fault. He demeans you on text/email and phone conversations. Do NOT waste your time with hiring him. Waste of money for nothing. My new attorney did more for me in a few months than he did for 4 years. Fletcher caused more problems for my case than needed.

Stacy represented my son and did an outstanding job with the time period he had which was only 2 weeks. Met Suzanne today such a sweet lady and to me the best lawyer in Albemarle period.
