Had to post like some others. The unsolicited letters they send with urgent sounding language to scare you into calling them is not okay... can't get customers a normal way by advertising like everyone else?.....

They were one of several law firms that solicited me when I got sued. I talked with a few of them but settled on this one because my lawyer, Mr. Reilly, didn't BS me or beat around the bush. He gave it to me straight, answered my questions, and walked me through the process step by step. And if he wasn't available on any given day, his assistant was, and she knew as much as he did. If you're ever looking for a bankruptcy lawyer, I say give them a shot. You can even set up payments if you can't afford the fee all in one go.

My experience with M.Cabrera & Associates ,Joseph J.Reilly was extremely well,the first time I spoke with M.Cabrera he gave me the best advice,i had not decided what to do yet but I got a really good feeling after I spoke with him,i contacted him again 4-5 months later and said I was ready he guided me through the process which I was going through a very difficult time in my life, he was listening attentively,asking questions, answering mine, he explained all the steps to be taken and led me through the bankruptcy filing, signing procedures, very affordable,he later referred me to his associate Joseph J.Reilly ,the responses to my emails, phone calls were amazing ,they are extremely professional, they are very genuine,i highly recommend their services to anyone,everything they stated to me

Guy was very rude on the phone. Also tried to get me to pay 2400 dollars to delay the case. I would choose a different lawyer

They work for their clients.. Very attentive and gets things done quick.
