Had our closing there. Staff ignored our realtor by offering no seats, buyers lawyer was less than personable, and we were lucky our own lawyer was excellent and well prepared.

We hired John to close on our house and the entire process was a nightmare. Initially quoted us 850$ for services and when we received the bill they actually charged 1350$. He also screwed up a tax issue from the previous owner that we ended up footing the bill for. Again, a complete surprise because it wasn't mentioned or handled during the closing process. Of course when we were trying to remedy the situation with the tax office he would not receive our calls. Lastly, I have to agree with the other reviews who found him to be very rushed and rude in his demeanor. I would not be surprised if his 5 star reviews are fake. Please don't make the same mistake my wife and I did. Avoid John Bach practicing in Goshen, NY at all costs!

EXCELLENT ATTORNEY!!!!. What sets him aside from all else is his demeanor. He is very comoassionate and has a calm presence. He will have everything you need to have going in to buying a house. His staff is EXCELLENT as well. There is no hidden agenda concerning him. He is straightforward and makes you feel at home.

John Bach, handled our adoption and he is an amazing attorney!! hands down. Kind and compassionate , so knowledgeable. We simply can not say enough about him. Highly , highly recommended.
