Beware do not use very deceptive attorney. He told me he would help my case and then turned around took my money and said sorry you signed contract nothing you can do you are basically stuck with it. So the deceptive man just wanted money for absolutely nothing. He completely wasted my time. He NEVER explained any procedure or process just basically stole my money legally. DO NOT USE. VERY BAD ATTORNEY. Should be reported to the Florida Bar for fraud. So then he posts a response he did NOT disclose to me the costs involved in any mediation if he had disclosed it I would never have agreed to it. I thought it was a Service of the court. Also the settlement proposed was sent BEFORE the mediation which was a total waste of time because they had already sent in a settlement of the same amount.

Called and left several voicemails and sent a detailed email to Lon after be referred to him by another attorney. I received one call from a lady in the office to tell me he MIGHT read my email. I told her it was very time sensitive and urgent and a referral. To this day I have never heard back over a month later
