Is it normal to take more than a week for them to return a call requesting a consultation? I've followed up twice, have been told I'd receive a call back, but have yet to hear from them. I'm thinking I should hire another attorney.

Worst of the worst! I retained Shawn Logan to handle a solar contract gone bad. I was already a paying client with a custody matter and several thousand dollars deep with Logan and Copple. I don't think he ever lifted a finger on this case. I asked for updates multiple times, and was re-assured everything was under control. Meanwhile the harassment from the solar company never ceased. Fast forward through six months of inactivity, and the first payment was coming due for a solar system that was never installed. I emailed Shawn in frustration, he got butt hurt and dropped the case. He stated he had done work on the case to justify the fee. But if any work was completed, it was never forwarded to me, even after three email requests, very specifically asking for the case file in order

This man repersents Susan Jean thaler who lied to this man. She violant her very own contract from day one. She failed to disclose to her realtor that if you ran the well to long it would run dry.she sold us 3/4 of an acre and the survery we had done spring of 2019 says a half acre our survey tells us that the neighbor between susan jean thaler and us his property line runs thru our mobile home and takes the well with it. He was my public defender, literally told me word for word "you have to plead guilty on this" after proving to him I didn't do the allegations and he confirmed I didn't he then threatened me if I did not plead guilty... most twisted attorney iv ever heard of.
