Legal Services of the Hudson Valley

I cant thank enough the Legal Service of the Hudson Valley for assisting me beyond their call of duty with my landlord issues. Indeed, Andrew was always eager to explain every detail of the legal process and gave me all the time I needed to address my concerns. He was always passionate and ambitious in acheiving my goals and ultimately succeeded beyond expectaion.

This has to be one of the most pathetic “Legal Services” out there. I was able to go through the intake and an attorney, Hope Turbert (pathetic), was assigned to me for consultation. She never once gave an idea or anything except hire an attorney. I filed myself and got a decision from the court. I called again and was told now that I have a decision we can do intake again and get someone to help straighten it out. Nope, the guy today said they don’t do that. Again, zero help and the same lame suggestions. Call legal aid or the bar. What a total waste of time!! Pathetic. Stay away!!

Horrible. I was assigned to Antonio Brown as my attorney when I was experiencing financial abuse and exploitation by a romantic partner at the time. Couldn't do anything but refer me to law enforcement who already can't deal with the disabled and mentally ill to begin with. He should be disbarred.

Good luck with this place. Hope Turbert and Andrew Gusinsky are two people who work against with poor analysis on their end to represent their clients I wouldn't recommend anyone seeking professional help go spend time here. It seriously took Mr. Gusinsky the 2nd last week to contact me with his analysis and when I questioned him and Hope about the paperwork I handed them they simply had no answer and Mr. Gusinsky and Hope where just going around my important documents leading to my court date. Like I said I would not recommend anyone seek legal professional help from this office or from these two individuals. I will get these people reported for their honest work that is.

They are welcoming, very determined to give you the results you are looking for especially when it comes to your right.
