I am leaving this review a few months post-closing as I just realized I didn't do so at the time...must be we were busy moving! I've used Andrew Cohen Law Office for three closings so far - one purchase in 2013, a sale in 2025 and a purchase in 2025. Andy, his colleagues and staff were very helpful in making/keeping all three transactions good experiences and he's well known among the realtors I've worked with. Nothing and no one is ever perfect especially during situations as potentially stressful as a real estate transaction but I'm here voting with my wallet getting ready to use his office again for another purchase. I wouldn't be doing that if the other three transactions hadn't gone well or I wasn't happy with his services. Recommended.

I was referred to Mr. Cohen by my Realtor. At first I was a bit wary of having a referral from my Realtor BUT Mr. Cohen and his staff were such a blessing to deal with. I hired him for a real estate closing in the State of New Jersey. I'm in the same business of real estate closing but for the State of New York and therefore needed the services of an attorney for the State of New Jersey. The entire transaction went smoothly. Mr. Cohen was very responsive to ALL of my emails and phone calls and when I say ALL I mean more than 100s of emails back and forth. The transaction took a couple of months but in no way at fault by Mr. Cohen, all delays were due to the Seller and the slow recovery of companies due to COVID. His fee was very reasonable for this transaction and I paid exactly was

We used Andrew Cohen for our closing. It was the worst experience. He never called us back when requested. It took 3 months to close. Not once did he follow up with any of the required issues. Our real estate took him off their recommended attorneys.

I have recommended Mr. Cohen to my clients for at least 20 years. All of them have been very happy with him and the service he provided. Also, he had a full staff so if you are calling during regular business hours someone always answers the phone and often they can answer your question.

Andrew Cohen and his staff helped me with the closing of my home. He was super reliable, advocated for me throughout the entire process, fast to respond, and made the process extremely smooth. Thank you for all of your help!
