Paid for filing motion to dismiss judge wanted ; paid him cash got receipt handwritten ; unprofessional he failed to file but never told us. A final judgement filed Cost us another 5 months . His back ache was excuse. Is a in home poor equipped office . Ignored demand for refund for failure to perform. Brevard sheriff has case number.
