My 93-year-old mother who lived in FL recently passed. Since I live in Colorado, I searched for a local law firm over the phone. I talked to about 5-6 lawyers, and Bart Brink was far and away the best choice. He was knowledgeable and helpful from our very first call. I highly recommend Bart for any estate related needs you may have.

I had to go through an emergency temporary guardianship and then full guardianship for my mother. It was a terribly difficult process in terms of family dynamics, but Bart was like a rock. He did the job he was paid for very well, and he gave me confidence and support. I waited a while to give a review. In hindsight, I feel lucky to have had Bart in the beginning of this process, and I'm grateful for what he did for my family.

It's unfortunate but I have to post an extremely negative review. Mr. Brink had always been responsive to our phone calls/meetings in order to get some wills and Trust completed. I have called at least 20 times over the last month, left numerous messages and he does not return any my messages. I even looked up to see if he was still alive. I do not recommend

I needed to update my will, trust, power of attorney, etc. as they were almost 10 years old. Mr. Brink was quick to look them over, let me know what needed to be updated, and have a new set of paperwork in a timely manner.
