I regret hiring Legal Dynamics QDRO Firm. I paid roughly $1,300 upfront, expecting guidance through the complex QDRO process—especially since I anticipated my ex would be difficult to work with. What I received in return was a single questionnaire, one brief phone call, and no real support when I asked basic clarifying questions. I was asked to provide the name of the plan administrator for my ex’s 457 plan—something I didn’t understand at the time. When I asked for clarification, the firm went silent. Their only response was that if I wanted them to review any additional documents, it would cost $295 per document—which felt like a cash grab for information that may not have even helped. Today, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I hired this QDRO Firm eight months ago and paid them $1385 to complete my QDRO. Nothing has been completed! They don’t return phone calls and when you actually reach someone, they say someone else must help you. I don’t believe they actually have an attorney on staff. The main person you’ll talk to is Julie Clark and let me tell you, she makes a lot of empty promises. The latest is when she told me an attorney was going to call me on 3.25.20 to finalize everything. No one called.... This appears to be a scam. BEWARE!!

Currently waiting for my QDRO, after a 6 week delay they have contacted me and continued the process. Will update when it is finished. Postscript. It took about a year to finish this process. These people were virtually no help. They delay the process, then want to charge you to take a phone call. There must be better providers.

Was not a good choice, they give a great first impression and goes down hill fast. They are not much help unless you pay more money and by the time you are done you could have gone with a local attorney with less stress. Customer service is lacking and mostly rude. A waste of money for me.
