It’s disheartening to see that I received such a different experience from all of the other reviewers, here on Google. I experienced an extreme lack of responsiveness and all around horrible customer service. For starters it took 8 business days from the time I retained them until the attorney actually reached out to me and this was after several follow up attempts. I later found out that this was because the attorney assigned to me was at a conference; this would have been a great thing for the customer relationship manager to mention when she assigned my case to that attorney, but she failed to do so (Customer service 101). This Attorney and the entire team is everything we hope an attorney is. We worked with Erin. Kristine and Nancy were on calls for support but Erin was our main contact. I was blown away at how thorough she was. She walked us through the entire FDD and explained what everything meant highlighting red flags. Then gave us ideas on how to approach each point. She listened to us (yes, you read that right.) and allowed our concerns to drive her priorities in the negotiation.
