Mr ben Kaplan is one minute ready to help, say he will consult his team and then in the same sentence say he can't help you. Don't not use this office if your in need of help. Your better off asking family for money to retain an attorney if you can't afford it. They offer no help and are a waste or resources

They can't prevent apartment eviction. legit or not. They cant fight a zoning office. Cant help the homeless. Cant help u save your home. Apparently they only collect $$ from where ever n do very little to earn it. Their name should be, " very limited if any legal N.Y. assistance" We have gone there for various items. same story. Until you're in over your head, we can't help you. I gave them 2 cuz they answered the door n heard our situation. Same....

Great Law Firm! Friendly and professional staff. Attorneys and Paralegals were very informational and respectful. Despite volumes of calls, they do the best job that they can, and try to resolve people needs.

Had a bad experience but it was corrected quickly. I’ve learned you have to be patient with any pro bono services. Makes sense considering how spread thin they are.
