Have to say when it comes to the court room, he knows what to do! I was amazed at his negotiation skills. However, outside of that, hes the most difficult to get ahold of. Sometimes weeks, even months with Zero communication from him. We've been calling his office for 2 weeks straight, not once did an actual human being answer the phone.

This is the absolute worst attorney you could ever end up with. He will offer you up as a sacrifice the day before trial. He calls me and tells me that he doesn't have any questions prepared. He said "I likes to freestyle" Absolutely ridiculous when he has the Discovery packet and should be aware of what the prosecution plans to use against you!! He is a fake attorney & public pretender at its most! If you end up with this attorney you better do your research because that's what I had to do, you better read a law book for yourself because he won't help you anymore then you can help yourself!

Got custody March 1st and still have not received any proof that I now have custody have called office and court house many times. Can’t sign him up for a new school, can’t schedule any doctors appointments , need social security card and can’t apply for a new one because I have no proof of custody. He is terrible don’t recommend.

Mr. Sapoi helped me when I was in a low spot of my life. He was very professional and familiar with the courts and laws. I highly recommend him and would higher him again.

He definitely let me down basically helped push me out of my sons life with no proof how do you base something on hearsay I swear the Cayuga county family court is corrupt idk how these people sleep at night what a joke!!!
