If I could give a zero store, that’s what I would give since I can’t. I’m gonna give them one. I made a payment and it is still reflecting on my credit report when I called the car company itself. They contact them and they told the car company i never made a payment and I’ve been trying to get in contact with them. Nobody answering the call. We used them for years and it was getting worse and worse. Last year after dozens of messages I left....Alex finally got back to me and said he he had a check which I never received. Stole all my receivables. This will be followed up with cops. Don't believe him when he says he doesn't know me. Update. i have an email from not even a year ago I am trying to upload a photo of the proof. on 9.16.2024. he said sorry that he hasn't returned my emails because they were in spam and should have a check shortly. that was last time. so they were not closed. July 23, 2025. Despite reaching out multiple times and updating my review, which I know they get notified of, I still have not received a phone call back. Highly recommend you stay away from these guys as they will eventually stop returning your phone calls when you ask for proof that they actually did something. Their response indicates they don’t know who I am however I have spoken to them after the first review and they know full Well who I am and how to contact me.
