Don't go here if you're under 55. Tommy will forget which side of the desk he's on if you're significantly younger than him, and treat you like "the help". He becomes extremely rude, condescending and will literally scream at younger clients. He also cost me thousands because he wouldn't listen to me about a tax issue on part of the estate I retained him in regards to, until he got legal paperwork from the other side. All that said, I'm disabled and the only reason I stuck with him through the entire process was that I needed the energy it would have taken to retain another lawyer for other matters. I'd not recommend him to anyone. Note: I've legally changed my name since ending the business relationship with him, whoever watches this page for him will probably comment on that.

horrible communication skills. Was part of a loan to takeover mom's house and took months as he never responded in a timely manner with the lender. Ultimately did not allow to do the loan as a refinance and therefore was subjected to pay higher title fees because of this.
