Asked f or $5000 on my case so I sent him that then demanded another $5000 to move forward. Seriously? How shady is that? Update- The final outcome of case is that this attorney refuse to refund the extra fees charged for decision made without consulting us. We requested to pick up the copies of the documents filed which he originally did not provide - I was told not to come to his office due to anger over my original review of his services. He final mailed the documents to my brother in California after numerous emails. Also stated he spoke with another attorney about me and the comments were not good, this was a violation of confidentiality. Again I stand by my first review. No attorney should be allowed to make decisions on your behalf without consulting with you as the client.
