I cannot speak to Di Girolamo’s abilities as attorneys, but I will share my experience dealing with them as a landlord. I rented a parking space from them at one of their Somerville properties on a month-to-month basis. After being a few days late on a single payment—without any notice from their system that my autopay had been canceled—I was charged a late fee. Late fees were not included anywhere in our lease agreement. When I contacted them to ask for justification, they were unable to point to any lease provision authorizing the fee.
