Communicates to maximize his dollar, will charge you for every call, email, correspondence etc, and wont speak up during board meetings. Also wont create the board presentation for you, has you doing all the running around while he just files and 'shows up'. No performance based results, and he's honestly just not that good!! Considering this is his full time profession, I would expect results. He wont advise you for or against a case, as long as it makes him money. I truly don't feel like he behaves like he has a fiduciary responsibility to his clients. Search elsewhere, this guy should have never become an attorney.
