After reading the negative reviews of Mr. Medina, I felt compelled to write a review myself. Mr. Medina is a top notch attorney. I found that he was very attentive and listened as I related details of my mistake of a marriage. I initially tried to go pro per, but as I did not know what I was doing and my ex had a pretty savvy attorney, I was fighting a losing battle. I decided that I would have to hire an attorney myself. After doing some extensive research and had a couple of consultations, I decided my best bet was to hire Mr. Medina. Needless to say I’m a very happy camper. Not only did Mr. Medina help me keep my house, I was also able to keep my 401k and other sentimental valuables. I recommend Mr. Medina 100%. You absolutely will not regret it.

I've sat in the courtroom with Randy several times in regards to child custody case. Before retaining Randy, I did extensive research on several attorneys to represent me, most of which actually referred me to him. Some of what had stood out to me was his law enforcement background, educational achievements, and also his completion of a specialized bar examination graded by judges and other attorneys. The day after our consultation I retained him. From that day on, I have been more than pleased with his execution in all of my demands. This man knows his way around a courtroom. Mr. Medina has represented me on serveral occasions. He handled a highly contentious child custody and child support case against father of my son. He is very knowledgeable, assertive, and confident. He is well known at the court house as everyone seemed to greet him. When doing my research in selecting an attorney, I noticed that he is former military officer and former police officer which I thought would be a good asset in experience. I highly recommend him.

I understand Randy is one of the best attorneys out there but I would like to leave my honest review. I contacted Randys office to discuss my case his assistant or girl answering the phone said she would call me back, i waited 2 days and no call back. I then called his office back and i explained that I never got a call back and she lied to me and said she called me back and another guy answered the phone and said that he wasn't interested which was false since I am the only person who answers my calls. She then made an appointment for me to talk to Randy. I discussed my case with him and he said he would email me a retainer agreement as soon as he had time. This attorney does not do what he says. I hired him for my son’s custody case years ago, did nothing but cost me a lot of money. He went in/out of court not giving attention to my son’s case. Do not hire him , look elsewhere. He called me a “fake” among other things on Yelp. He ask my attorney to have me remove the review. I attached my case no# so you can understand I’m not fake. Just learn from other people’s mistakes. There are some great attorneys likewise some that offer the world, but really just cost you.
