My husband and I had a very positive experience creating an estate plan with the team at Athlon Legal. The estate plan was a fairly priced, had a clear process with plenty of appointment reminders, and Justin and his staff were very pleasant and professional. We appreciated when Justin shared his knowledge about potential, future pitfalls and considerations we couldn’t anticipate (future adult children fighting over our wedding rings! The ins and outs of organ donation, etc.) He also did a great job respecting our desires and family dynamics, so that we felt comfortable sharing what we wanted from our estate plan. Oh and park at the One Colorado lot for free parking! There’s great food on their block too :) Highly recommend!

We went from being pretty unclear on how to get a will, trust, estate, etc. set up to being hand-held all the way through the process by Justin and his talented team. Mr. Shiau is one of the meticulous and top-notch lawyers that could go through the specifics of the probate law, which is daunting whether you are familiar with it or not. He is able to walk you through the process without feeling dominated by this process, he is very knowledgeable with almost 17 years of experience and counting. Also, Mr. Shiau will treat his client respectfully whether you come with high price tag or not. There is respect and excellence, which is a rare jewel in this field of law.
