I called to see if she could help me. I was told I have to pay 6500 in order for them to help me. It seems like it’s just about money and not about actually helping. These reviews speak of how she is and how she’s only for the money. Said to us if we can’t pay right now with all the money then us coming in is wasting her time. I asked about payments and that’s a no. What a joke

This attorney is my boss. She is super professional, always early for court and won for me on my own case every time. You need to hire her asap!

She should have her license taken away she did not even show up for court. My son lost. It seemed like she worked for the other side. She got fully paid and never even went to court. If you want to good, Atty. don’t go to her. My experience with this attorney was terrible. She talks over you && does not listen AT ALL. Almost completely blew my paternity case because of her negligence. She also undermined me in front of opposing counsel. She took my money && did nothing of what I paid her to do. Thousands I paid her to turn around && hire another attorney that did exactly what I asked immediately && got it done better && in a more timely fashion. She never gave me a penny of my money back either! Please do not waste your money or time with this woman.

Retained Melissa in the last year. I could not be more pleased with her, her staff and the services they offered. I went in the first meeting, explained my situation, what I wanted and that was it. From then on she made sure everything that needed to be done, got done. She provided invaluable support when things got rough with my spouse, and never once stopped pushing to get everything she felt I was entitled to and what was best for my child. All these people saying all she does is ask for money, in the course of about 6-8 months, I only had to make two additional payments on top of my retainer and each time an itemized invoice was sent to me, all of which I felt was more than reasonable.
