I was referred to this attorney through MetLife Legal Plans and had a very negative experience. After multiple calls and website inquiries with no response, I went to the office in person. Although I was understanding of the explanation given, the attitude was rude and dismissive. I was told they do not handle my type of case, despite their website stating otherwise. Very unprofessional interaction.

I was referred to this firm through the MetLife Legal Plan, and called on a Friday morning. After not getting a return phone call as of the following Wednesday PM, I moved on. I contacted another firm and was able to speak with the attorney immediately and commence the consultation matter.
