Law Office of Martin Pankiewicz, LLC

Very rude experience when I called him a few months ago . He was presenting seller side and we requested him to provide seller’s address and phone number to deal with an issue which we (buyer) had right after closing a home few months ago. It was a full seller’s responsibility because seller did not addressed the agreed inspections issues professionally nor they provide any paperwork of the work done which caused the issue. I am buyer of the home and Unfortunately i can not file a claim in small claim court because i do not have seller’s address and phone. This attorney threatened me to not call his office again.

Martin is a fantastic lawyer. He is very responsive and always looking out for his client. He specializes in real estate so I would recommend him the most . Not many real estate attorneys that are reputable around the location. But he does an excellent job from beginning to end. I never had any issues with him in any of my transaction selling and buying.

Most rude experience when I called today. I was shopping for a real estate attorney to help me close on a house and the receptionist would ask me details about the house, put me on hold to obviously relay the message to Martin. She rudely told me he would pass on me as though I was being interviewed. I understand having to pass on clients but they honestly made me feel as though I was begging them for a favor. The next lawyer was a world of difference as it should be. After all it’s not a favor I was asking for I’d be a paying client.

Martin Pankiewicz is the most reliable attorney I know! Very knowledgeable in his expertise. He is always available to answer any questions/ concerns one might have. Dana - his secretary is beyond helpful and very polite! Highly recommend!
