I absolutely do not recommend Juan Mendoza or their staff. My case was dropped with no explanation as to why it was. I talked to three different lawyers and I got a totally different answers than from him. They will just take your money. If my husband had no chance to get papers and he knew all along why give false hopes and just take over 6 thousand dollars from us. Also, when they needed to contact us for whatever it was that they needed for my husbands process they never contacted me, they went to my husband and I called to ask for more information they would tell me that they had already talked to him. I wouldn’t give a star at all!! Mr Mendoza was in Milwaukee, Wisconsin many years ago. We hired him for a U visa for my husband. Got all the paper work in and paid all the hefty fees then didn’t get any clear answers from him or his “legal team” for over a year. We requested a face to face appointment with Mr Mendoza, that was not free!! When we sat down with him he did not remember us at all. Began speaking to us as potential clients promising us results and professionalism… etc When we mentioned we were his clients for over a year, his excuse was he picked up the wrong file!!

Juan Mendoza managed my immigration very professional and accurate. It was very clear on what to expect on every step of the case, and what to do in my end.
