I work for a roofing contractor and these folks have a lot of our mutual clients. They're terrible with communication and to get an update is like pulling teeth. I get hung up on every time I call and never get notified when the claims settle. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Literally, the worst attorney ever not even one ratting They literally Scan me I signed paperwork so they can send my money and they never did they keep ignoring my calls and my husband's call about where is the money when is the money gonna be deposit in my bank account every time I call I get ignored, it never goes through with a person. They literally know my number and I tried calling another number and I they answer And when I tell them my name they say OK wait a minute and then they hang up. Evelin santos and fabiana buzzo is the worse attorneys. I need my money in my bank account for which I get for my damages on my car So you better answer my calls and tell me where my money is.

When I think of dealing with a law firm, I cringe. But a friend recommended this firm and it was actually a pleasurable experience. They were very informative and helpful. I would definitely use them again in the future if need be.

I had some damage done to my roof so my neighbor recommended this firm. The women that I spoke with was extremely helpful and very kind. The overall experience was smooth and I wasn't lost and confused when it was over.

They took my case and then they pretty much just ghosted me and they promised to get my truck fixed and everything and now they're not answering my calls. I did all this stupid chiropractor appointments and other stuff and then they just stopped answering my calls and they're trying to leave me with all the bills. My truck still hasn't been fixed from getting rear-ended. It happened at the end of October and we're now going into the middle of January. I have half a mind to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
