EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING What should have taken approximately 6 months has taken over a year, largely due to poor communication, lack of guidance, and unprofessional handling of the case. The staff member assigned, Mona, consistently unresponsive. When I specifically asked for explanations of the process or clarification on required documents, I was either ignored or told to “look at it myself,” which is not acceptable when you are paying for legal services. There were no clear instructions, no proactive updates, and no effort to explain next steps. I often felt more confused after communicating with them than before.
