A very personable associate of the firm responded and I felt comfortable to move the conversation to my personal email, even having a chatty telephone call with him. I provided some very personal initial information and was told I would hear back and I did. One of the partners was included in the email conversation where they shared a bit of details along with their retainer fee of $5,000. I then emailed to ask when payment was due so I could I take care of it. It's now almost a month later and crickets.
