Initially, I believed he had provided satisfactory service, leading me to leave a favorable review. However, I have since encountered challenges in reaching him despite multiple attempts to contact him, including leaving voice messages and communicating directly with his secretary to request a follow-up. Bruce had assured me that he would formalize our verbal agreement in writing after our meeting at the District Justice office, where we reached a beneficial arrangement for his client, contingent upon certain conditions. It was my first time needing a lawyer for anything in my life. My girlfriend recommended Bruce due to her liking him and his style. She had not hired him herself but her ex did for custody.
