Waited nearly 10+ years to receive $100,000 for a suit that was supposedly an open and shut case. Also 32% was taken out of my earnings from the case. Numerous times I had to call and keep in touch, very unprofessional. I decided to take what I could due to the extreme amount of time waiting for my case to close. Was also told I was going to be able to receive at least 6 figures for my lawsuit. On the day of the case I was flown out from Fl to NY where the incident happen and sat in a nasty van sitting on the floor of his vehicle. Do not waste your time it is not worth the time, or the heart ache, and unfortunately I was so young that if I had the choice of picking a different law office I would have.
