The only reason why I'm giving two stars instead of one is because the attorney that I'm dealing is actually competent and responsive. The people at the office on the other hand are the exact opposite. The is the second time I'm receiving a settlement check from them, and it's the same song and dance. I gave them my new address last Monday on the 4th, and have yet to receive the check. I've sent an email inquiring about the check status and to see if it was sent yet just to get no reply. When you call the number their seems to be no way to actually get a person, and when you leave a voicemail no one ever gets back to you. This is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Unfortunately the previously mentioned attorney doesn't seem to be associated with the actual office?

There is a 32 Million dollar settlement that was awarded and run by our union 1199 since January we have been getting the runaround from Arden! Checks will go out in January, now its February! Now you say if you dont get your check by Febraury call us in March!😡 Now you wont answer anyones call you just have a voice message saying if we dont hear anything by March call us in April! WHAT! Collecting interest? I guess next in will be May!

HORRIBLEEEEEE. I SENT MY CLAIM OUT SINCE OCTOBER 2022 its APRIL OF 2023 you guys are playing with people’s time and MONEY ! No reason it should be taking this long to mail out a CHECK ! Please do better. Every time I contact you guys its something else. I was told by April 15th and now you guys are saying end of APRIL .

Literally no good form of communication. They don't even have an automated email saying they received my claim form. And the website is even worse, I've input the claim number every time only for nothing to happen, it doesn't take me to the confirmation page, or give me an option for direct deposit. I just got another claim form in the mail for a different lawsuit. And I don't think I even want to file, it's not like I'm gonna get the money anyway.

Them no good we waiting for our settlement payout from November until now we don't get it . them keep lie to us said check Will send out and it's not send . why am going to reach out to littia James about it because it more than time . people just don't care about home health aide we are the ones taking care of the sick elderly and was under pay please give us our money now . and stop keep telling me you going to send it out and you don't . this payment was to send out from November until now is February still no check that no good
