If I could give a negative review I would. Ms Caughman called me herself and was absolutely the rudest person I have ever spoken to. No website, no clear communication, and a lot of arrogance. If that is how I was treated on the first "call" I can only imagine how little they care for their clients.
Needed a consultation for a ticket i received at a different state. Legal knowledge outdated. Breakdown of the ticket: could be better. Legal advice, none. To just pay it.
