I found Mr. Brennan through my Met Life legal plan. Originally I thought that I should not do it but readings reviews with the same situation decided to hire him too. I never regret dealing with Mr. Brennan and his team, the service was excellent. Closing was not an easy one but he was taking care with our best interest. He didn't take anything above the Met Life fees even I offer to him. Really good experience and will recommend his service to friends and family.

Mr. Brennan represented us as the real estate attorney for us regarding the recent sale of our home. The transaction was a bit tricky as we were buying a home out of state and selling our home in NJ at the same time. Due to some clerical errors made on the buyers side of things, the closing of our transaction was delayed and impacted the purchase of our new home. To say the least, it was a high anxiety situation.
