Legal Shield sent me to him for a case. The man is completely insane. He was belligerent and unprofessional. He brought me to tears. It is incomprehensible to me that he is still able to practice law with such conduct. Don't waste your time with Mitchell Berger he is a mental case. Don't believe me and see for yourself.
Had the displeasure of having to work with him through our attorney on a home contract sale where he represented the seller. Very rude and unprofessional conduct for no reason whatsoever. Almost ruined the sale for his client due to his attitude.
pretty bad service, he has a terrible service towards customers. When I called regarding my case he raised his over the phone and had no professional customer service at all. Would not recommend to anyone
