Mr. Newton has helped me with several real estate transactions over the years including not so simple situations where properties were owned by an LLC, the business owner passed away, and the some of heirs were not local. He helped us become managers of the LLC, and handled all of the interstate paperwork which made the process smooth. He and Roxanne did great. 5 stars
