My experience with Dutton & Dutton was one of the most dishonest and unprofessional encounters I’ve ever had with a law firm, and I feel obligated to warn the public. I was told by their receptionist Ashley that absolutely NOTHING would be done on my case until I signed and returned their contract, initialed every page, sent in my driver’s license, and provided a copy of my citation. Based on that, I paid a $1,500 retainer, fully expecting no work would begin until the agreement was signed. The dude works hard behind the scenes and will shift his schedule around when possible to make room for you, even when your life is a tangle of obligations.
