Hi, Janice Wallace was extremely helpful to me in regard to a contract dispute with a builder in a local "over 55" community. I live in VA and the community is in GA - therefore, it took me time to follow a chain of recommendations. Treated very poorly. Paid $$ upfront for a title search, weeks have passed, still can't get a return phone call after leaving several messages. I wonder why I'm getting this treatment?? UPDATE: Months have now passed, still no title search was received, still no communication. Money gone. Beware.
