I ran in to a situation where I had to go to small claims Court in a foreign jurisdiction (PA) from NH. Mr. Lane was very helpful in giving me advice about the situation and what to expect in the PA Courts. My case is the type of case most lawyers won't even consult with you on because the dollar value isn't generally considered worth the time in fees for either party. I truly appreciated that Mr Lane took the time because I was feeling stressed about the situation and needed a 3rd Party to show me the reasonable options available to me. I probably would have wasted a lot of time & money stressing over this situation. My girlfriend died suddenly and I had no idea what to do. She had a house and her grandchildren lived with her so I had to figure out how to keep the electricity on, etc. Mr Lane carefully explained the paperwork I needed to become Executor for Jane's estate. After a few unsuccessful attempts to meet we met at the courthouse went upstairs, got the paperwork we needed and I was able to get things under control and collect Jane's bank account, her car and everything else. Ultimately he helped me sell the house, get a new place to live and get the kids out of the house even though that took more court action to make it happen. We just got the inheritance tax finished and approved by the State and are closing out the probate soon. I have to say he knows what he is doing and helps people
