She asked for a large down payment and promised to “work with me,” but in reality, if she knows you don’t have much money, it’s not working with you—it’s just taking your money without actually planning or advocating for your case. She withdrew from my case without notice. I showed up to my hearing with no lawyer and had no idea she had withdrawn, which seriously affected my case. The night before, she was already asking for more money. I paid a lot expecting advocacy and guidance in my DCS case—she never reviewed my evidence, never attended a single hearing, and rarely IF EVER returned calls. Very rarely do you hire an attorney and by the end of the case, you not only end up with a positive outcome, you end up with a friend. Dorothy was hired by my nephew to try to gain custody of his son, whose mother was an addict and living in a domestic violence situation. It was a long drawn out battle, but Dorothy continued to fight for us and at the end of the day, we won our case. I would highly recommend her for any custody battle. She will never give up fighting when our kids are in danger.

Shes the best for family law...if you get into trouble with dcs or need a lawyer for custody she's the attorney you want. Shes done wonders for me! Highly recommend her!
