If you are looking for a lawyer keep looking. He deserves zero stars. He cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars. I certainly over paid this under achiever. It is unbelievable how much he screwed up during 3 years of ligation. I experienced some of the same issues as another reviewer stated (see drew P review). I notice Mr. Campbell replied to that review, if he had put as much effort in my case as he did in his response I would not be writing and unfavorable review. Another problem I experience, is that he decided he was done, although I still have several unresolved issues pending with my case. I cannot recommend Mr. Campbell highly enough. Faced with a deceptive home builder in Delaware attempting to sell my half-completed home out from under me, Mr. Campbell stepped in just three days before their scheduled 'closing' with another party. His decisive action successfully halted the illegal sale and protected my interests when time was of the essence. We are now aggressively pursuing litigation for breach of contract and the builder’s fraudulent failure to disclose multiple mortgages on my lot. If you need a relentless advocate who can perform under extreme pressure, Mr. Campbell is the one to call.

Mr. Campbell and his staff are very friendly, understanding, knowledgeable and professional! Mr. Campbell’s knowledge and experience is exemplified in the courtroom. I experienced it FIRSTHAND yesterday! Mr. Campbell and his staff are working diligently behind the scenes and definitely got the results justified for me. Beware!! Extremely poor service. Our initial consultation was March 1, 2022 and we have not received a case update yet and today is September 6, 2022. I’ve called, left messages and sent an email with no response. When someone does answer the phone, they say we will call you back with an update today or tomorrow; however, they have yet to return my call. Update: received call this afternoon, September 6. An update meeting is scheduled for September 26, 2022.

Beware! This attorney's conduct is awful, our family feels this man should not have a license to practice law in Delaware. Constant turnover amongst a very small staff, failure to write letters, and send communications on our behalf has left us severely at a disadvantage, and without much money, this office squeezed out of us without performing basic functions. Our family has never been more wronged by any "professional" than Dean Campbell.
