From the start, there were clear lapses in professionalism and ethics that left me questioning the integrity of the firm’s practices. Despite a contractual obligation, I discovered that the required $1,000 earnest money deposit was never provided by their client—yet the firm’s staff continued as if the agreement was valid, a critical misrepresentation of the transaction's status. The lack of transparency and apparent disregard for their ethical responsibilities have been frustrating and costly. I found the real estate coordinator (Krissie) to be knowledgeable, thorough and communicative with our attorney and his coordinator. The attorney finalized the sale documents with us promptly and provided copies for our records. The entire transaction was flawless. I would recommend them for handling real estate transactions.
